Assistant Professor Dr. Mona Abdul Razzaq from the College of Law, University of Karbala, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss a doctoral thesis tagged with (Preventive criminalization in the face of intellectual terrorism – a comparative study), which was discussed at the College of Law, University of Kufa on Wednesday, 15/11/2023, and she made a number of scientific observations that would add scientific sobriety to the thesis.
